watching lots of zombie films has made me think about it what i would do if thee would really be a zombie apocalypse...I could be possible, since scientists experiment with all kinds of stuff- they might really invent something to reanimate the dead. I really hope they don't. Well, if that ever happened i think i would just hide with my family somewhere.. or if my family dies, then i'd just kill myself too- especially if the world is full of zombies already. I know, it sounds weak, but there's really nothing to live for if the world becomes like that...

I have a 12 year old son and this subject surprisingly pops up quite a lot - We have planned how we will survive, food and water have been discussed. Shelter and protection has also been covered... We are ready

@robspeakman wow, you are quite prepared.. I guess since there are lots of zombie films and games out there, and since there is also an ongoing tv series about it, then this question definitely pops up quite a lot. @Nursefrai0 i guess it's better to be prepared.

I love watching zombie movies and do believe that it could happen. My kids live so far away from me that we would all be on our own and I would totally be alone and probably do the same thing as you....end it because what would be left of the world as we know it would be gone.

I still live with my parents- but they are quite old now- so if ever a zombie apocalypse would occur, we'd be the first ones to die.. (it's kind of pessimistic, but true)

I really hope it never happens.. I am actually reading a zombie book now- Warm bodies.

Hello lady. There are many to consider for a zombie apocalypse - like if they are slow moving zombies or fast moving zombies :). Well among the tips, always and I mean ALWAYS make sure you keep one (or 2) bullets for yourself, in case they are almost upon you (you have noticed probably in many of the movies how they tend to be out of bullets exactly when they want to end it and not become (willingly) a zombie, right ? Then you should ensure that, if you don't become a zombie from the start, you should have a weapon (baseball bat, wrench, hockey stick, golf club, katana or sword) to be able to defend yourself. Can food is a good idea in any case, apocalypse or not so you can do this anyway. I am sure that if you have a purpose, like protecting your family, there is a chance you will make it !.

there is always a reason to live for my friend oh yes there is always a reason, even if the world become dark half hope gone but love will still be there and memories wont die.

Well, although i d believe that now.. I don't think i would if a zombie apocalypse were to come and none of my family and friends are alive.. Maybe if i meet new friends.. but it is highly unlikely. No man is an island..

Maybe it is like in the movie 'i am legend'. We must put a trap in our house. When it is night we cannot sleep very well. We must sleep with a weapon. Fuh that very hard life i think but for survive that must we do.

Yes, it will be a hard life.. I saw i Am Legend.. and i cried so much about the stuff that has happened to him.. and i would never want to live like that.. always scared, and everything.. with no one to turn to.

My boyfriend has all these plans to build a safe shelter and stock up on food and everything he is really into all this stuff. And his thinking is that if you can survive long enough the zombies will die off.

Yeah, there is a theory about that..Just letting zombies die of.. but it is unliely. Since people urn at different times, and they can infect others too.. so it can be endless. And we can never be sure that here are 0 zombies left.

Well, it depends in ever movie. Since in some movies if you die, whatever the cause- you also turn into a zombie.. But in others, you should get bitten first to become one after you die.

Some movies also showed people trying to control zombies or tame them.. it never ends well.

I have news for you its already full of zombies , I would just pretend to be one ....that shouldnt be too difficult, I expect some zombies are quite nice when you get to know them

Well, we never can tell what zombies would be like.. If they are friendly or not.. let's just hope they do not eat people, not like what we see on movies. Then no one would die.

I have been thinking about it, every time i watch a zombie film..

Or stuff related from it. I do not think too hard though, since if it ever happens i do not plan on surviving for so long, if i knw it will not be normal again.
