To eat something light and don't eat things to excites your nerves,to listen to some light music and calm down,think about nothing and you will feel it's not hard to do that.Good luck on that.

best way for better sleeping is to keep a regular sleep schedule, set a regular bedtime and wake up at the same time every day.

Usually I find I can fall asleep much easier after a day's hard working. Try to spend as much energy as you can before sleep. So that your body will choose the best way to recover themselves. Furthermore taking care of your pillow, you should choose the one with 15 to 20cm in height, which can make your neck and your should keep a suitable situation during your sleep, so that you can get a good breath and relax your whole body.

Just free yourself when you go to bed and try to remain calm and relaxed even though every day is not the same. Personally I always pray before sleeping, that helps a lot, its like meditation and it relaxes your mind.

Sticking to a schedule will help you sleep better. So try going to bed and waking up at the same time everyday. Reading a book before you go to sleep is a great way to fall a sleep.
