I'm having LSS(Last Song Syndrome) with this song.. i am even trying to memorize it. It's Eponine's song on "Les miserables. "It is just a very touching song and a lot of people who have one sided love can relate to it... I love the versions af Lea Salonga and Samantha Barks, different interpretations but both great and original.

I sang this song for my audition for a theatre arts group in my university and I passed. It was a very beautiful song. It stuck in my head for a long time too. It was an LSSy song. In my own opinion, I think it is about an unconditional love for a man even though this love won't mean that they would end up together, she is still loving him and that she can do it on her own, but still hoping they would be together forever.

Same thing happened to me with this song. I like Lea Salonga's version, don't care much about the others.
