Going day to day life hands you some tough ones and some easy ones. The way you handle the tough one reflects on your mentally handling it. If you mentally think the worse about your bad day then it will be a worse day. If you mentally say to yourself that I can't handle this, I can't deal then you won't. You have to stay positive about your situation, you can get through the day with a positive attitude. There is self-talk which you can say I can get through it, it too shall pass (AA quote) and it usually does. With good days, we all are happy because nothing unusual spoiled our otherwise lovely day. Happiness is positive thinking,pleasant emotional feelings, a state of well being. Only you can make your day happy or not. Think happy thoughts, keep a smile on your face and get through the tough times with a smile on your face and always think positive.
