Are you always having anxieties when having frustrations and anger?

In my own ways of managing it,I have learn to avoid having anxieties after undergoing some frustrations and anger.This is by keeping myself keep focus in my other works, rather than thinking about my frustrations.I will just think of some solutions to solve it later after I am finish some routines,then the next thing I know is that I have already a solution.By doing this,it could help me become stronger and never have anxieties again.I have to think positively in my ways.

Dear friend, Thinking positive it mostly good for a better life. But I feel those frustrations, anger and anxiety could create much of mental stress. I feel there are some technique in modern society to tackle these stress. I hope yoga and meditation are good for controlling one's mind and body.
