Value of a Friend

I lost my one friend and got his value now.. he is the best one but now lost him not easy to get him back..
why we got the Value of a Friend or a person when we lost him ?
why it's happened? we should not find their value when they are with us ?

Probably you didn't not realize that your friend has value. Everyone has its own value. It is why we have to have a lot of relatives or friends. By having a lot of friends, we have a lot of chances and lucks. I think we not only finding a friend's value after we lost him or her.
