Since the cashier assistance in my postpaid network provider was quite slow,we decided to just get back some other cause our lunch break will be over.It almost consumed my lunch break for just one customer.Instead of getting irritated and pissed off for waiting into slow customer service of their payment counter, I better leave and plan to go back maybe tomorrow.
Good thing that on our way out of the nearby mall, we saw a payment center near to the exit wherein there's no line at all.Now we know alternative payment center in case same thing happen again.We immediately come over to asked if payment for our telecom provider is accepted there and she said yes.So luckily, we made our payment without waiting for so long.Good thing that there is a payment center there for some bills like credit card, electric etc.At least we know now other places where we can pay bills.

Yup! One big help from saving us our precious time on long queues.
It is actually the place where I pay all the bills instead of going to each office for my utilities to be paid.

Well I guess I better pay some bills in payment centers. I used to pay in the bank but line is quite long as well and there are some customers that has lots of transaction so it quite time consuming as well. Good thing that there are some payment centers out there even at malls which can options in paying bills.

The mall being just a few meters away from our home, has been the most convenient place for me to pay all my bills. It really saves me time in going to each and every company that I need to go to.

Hello there!
Yeah, good thing that there are bayad centers in malls and even in some pawnshops just like here in our town. I live 30minutes away from the main city and it is quite expensive and time consuming to go to the mall just to pay bills. You are right that the network provider centers have very slow. I wonder why when there are so many counter sometimes. 
And if the cashier will have lunch, I think someone should replace him/her in order to provide good quality service to their valued subscriber.

Yeab it really helps a lot. Good thing that I saw one during that time so my effort in going out during lunch break to pay bills was not wasted. It really help a lot and an alternative option to pay bills especially if there is no long line. Bank is an option as well but it always have so many customers as well.

Hi ardoy!
I think I have the same kind of stalls in our malls in our place also. They are accepting payments for some schools, telephone companies, electric company, etc.
This is a good option for us so that we will not be waiting for a long queue. I'm glad you found out about it. But if we can do the payment online, I think that would be much better.

Yeah payment center is a big help and option in paying some bills. Sometimes it has long line as well but at least it could be an option. Customer service is really important so customers will always come back and wont be annoyed by poor service. Good customer service could somehow shows and reflects the reputation of a company.
