Nowadays people tend to put anything onto pizza as toppings. They let their imaginations loose and come up with all sorts of creative ideas for a pizza. What is the most unique and perhaps weirdest pizza you can think of?

Cockroach pizza because technically there's one Pizza Hut restaurant served us cinnamon bread side dish (I forgot what the dish is called) and I ate it not knowing there's cockroach bits on it but I didn't bite that part. It was nasty. So I assumed that their pizz might have cockroaches too. (Lucky they offer to change the dish for a new cleaner one)

So it was a pizza that had cockroaches on it on purpose? I know there are some countries in the world where they eat things like that traditionally but definitely not here.

Actually the waiter didn't know he was serving the dish with cockroach bits in it.

This is probably going to sound really gross but when I get inspired, I do stuff like order chinese and the next day I'll order a pizza. I'll heat up the chinese food which is usually pork fried rice, general tso's chicken, and maybe boneless fried chicken and add it to the pizza..the calorie level is through the roof but it is ridiculously good..

Haha, yeah I can imagine the calories, both Chinese and pizza, doesn't sound too healthy. But it must taste nice, pizza oriental style. Its just a shame because you probably don't taste whatever you had originally on the pizza. But still, that's quite the unusual idea. I haven't had pizza in forever, I think I might go order myself some today. There is this place near me that is doing different kinds now and adds new styles to their menu every now and then. This week they added two German-themed pizzas, one of which has beef, sausage and pickle. But to be honest I don't like the sound of warm pickle :/

the pizza place my brother worked for offered corn and walnuts for toppings. i thought that was pretty bizarre.he said later they added that as a joke, but somebody did call in an order for one..

That seems interesting. I could see something like a nut and dried fruit pizza catching on. Rather out of the ordinary but I'm sure people would be interested to try.

I think the pizza that has the mini burgers as the crust and the lettuce and tomato on it might be that weirdest; It may be interesting to eat however but you would regret it afterwards.

This is not really odd or strange, just different. When we were growing up, in order to get us to like vegetables my mother used to make exciting vegetable dishes. One of these was eggplant pizza. You slice the eggplant and then add sauce and toppings and put it in the oven. you can slice the eggplant any way you choose, lengthwise for a pizza 'boat' or crosswise for a smaller round pizzas. they actually tasted pretty good, and a good way for kids to get their veggie servings.

I saw on the Travel Channel where Dominoes serves this weird pizza in like Japan or somewhere like it. I am thinking it has some type of squid and fish on it. In the picture, the toppings looked as though they were moving. I think that would be pretty disgusting.

Yeah, I agree. I don't think I could ever eat something that was still moving. That's just nasty :/
