so some one had to say home made pancake and this made me relize i have not eaten yet today one of the things i love to make is home made biscuits and a sausage gravy with pepper to taste

Biscuits and Gravy?
I am guessing these are not English biscuits like HobNobs or Jaffa Cakes?
Because that would be disgusting...
I do like Chips and Gravy

You will have to excuse my English Strangeness...
We say Chips and you say Fries.
Our Chips or fries are chunky - And the taste very nice with gravy.
Fish and Chips - Lovely

Chips, Peas and Gravy - Lovely
If you ever visit the UK, go to a Chip Shop and ask for Chips and Gravy....
North of England is best, the southerners don't do very good Chips and Gravy

sausage gravy
1 lb sausage { your choice but fatty kind works better}
1/4 c flour
2 c milk
salt and pepper to taste
cook the sausage over medium heat in a large pan until brown stir in flour until disolved and milk gradually cook to thick and bubbly salt and pepper to taste

This is just what we had for lunch. My mom in law and I made home-made egg noodles on turkey and turkey stock with veggies and some freshly baked biscuits. We're too hungry to prepare gravy so we just put some butter or jelly on the biscuits. I don't know but I just suddenly craved for some freshly baked biscuits.
