Who do you think is to blame for trouble in middle east?

I think Israel and Lebanon should be blamed for the trouble in The Middle eastern region. Even if one party carries out state terrorism, there will always be people who think they are deprived, humiliated and need-protection. They will start think about it ending up themselves as terrorists. The gist of my above mentioned talk is that terrorist breeds terrorists. Let there be peace on both the sides..

I think there are no single person or country to be blamed. The blaments are: (1) President Bush's quest for oil. (2) Israel's non-acceptance of ground reality and attack on innocents. (3) Lebanon's militia's attack in innocents. I have listed the reasons but it is not necessarily in that order. Thanks
