Are you using nutritional supplements?

I was not a medicine-person. I don't take any medications when I'm sick, because I'm afraid of the side-effects that it may cause my body. However, when I got to know this nutritional supplements from a US company, I got amazed with the products. The founder is very credible and you're 100% that their products are reliable because of their strict manufacturing process. Let's face it, at the type of our lifestyle nowadays, we do need supplements to supply all the nutrients our body need, and to protect us from harmful substances such as free radicals. What are your thoughts regarding nutritional supplements? Do you also consume this kind of products?

I take them daily. Without fail. I live a busy life and more than often I neglect nutritious food. At times like these supplements come to the rescue. To check if they are being utilized by my body in a right way, I get my blood tested every 3 months. Everything seems fine.

I do not like taking medicines. If I can have a time to relax, I will try to let my body recover itself. But in most case, it is impossible. I have to be back in a good condition soon, so I will take several pills in the first three day, then stop no matter how my body is. But at the beginning of winter, I have the habit to take some herbal medicines to improve my health. It really works, usually can reduce a great rate of getting sick in the next year.

I was not always into nutritional supplements. I thought that they were just a waste of time and money. Over the years I have come to find that some of these nutritional supplemnts really do benefit your health and your life. They are not for everyone and your physician should be consulted before starting a regimen of supplements. Everything we do four our health is worth the effort we put into it.

I just to take nutritional supplements but I make sure they are natural but I found out there is a better way to be healthy and that is making my every meal healthy. I consume more fresh and natural food like organic fruits and vegetables. I bought a good juice and have been enjoying it a lot.I would juice vegetables and fruits each day not just for me but for the whole family. That way we are able to consume large portions each day and we keep ourselves really healthy.

As a matter of fact, I do take supplements...everyday. For years now I haven't taken a single medicine prescribed by doctors when I'm sick. I just continue taking supplements and it won't take me a long time to recover. Aside from supplements, herbs became my medicine. When I have sore throat, I only take ginger brew and it's gone the next day. I'm fine with this kind of lifestyle and I don't ever plan on changing it ever. :)
