lolz ok I have a question that I try to find here in FAQ but nothing I found maybe my lazyness also couldn't help. OK straight to teh posint, for some user I saw they can post smiley in this site, how they do that? thanks in advanced whoever help me xD

You will be able to use the smilies when your user activity rating (the number in brackets beside your username) reaches 200 
Before that, when you reach 100, you will see your star appear too and the colour will be decided by other users when they rate your posts. Once your own star appears you will then be able to rate the posts that others make.
