I am taking my friends to Aqua Zumba tonight..

Yes I was reading some local events and they were having a Aqua
Zumba 3 time a week at the locat YMCA...starting tonight..So I
decided I wanted to go then, and as usual I thought of my friends
so I am taking Gifts and another friend...Its only $10.00 per night
and I figured they were at least $10.00 one night...LOL...
But I am looking forward to having a great time with my friends and
getting some workout on at the same time..and then see how
I feel tomorrow...or when I reach my home....

I went to a regular Zumba dance class and it lasted only an hr but boy was i tired in the end. I never heard of aqua zumba before and don't know where in my area they would have it if it did exist here. Tho if it costs$10.00 each time you go i wouldn't go too often because the amount adds up and can get expensive. If say if were Ten dollars for a week or a month or something then maybe i'd be more willing to go. It does sound like alot of fun tho.

Hi red, thanks for responding and yes it was a lot of fun.
I mean it could become expensive but as long as I can afford
to pay I have intentions to go,,,because its some exercise that
will do me good for my back...the instructor advised me that
she had a discount for seniors which is $20.00 a month and
I can go three times a week....so I am just thinking about
\doing that...I just need to get my car fixed so I will have
a regular ride and will not have to bother family members
for a ride...
I have to say that as of right now I am just so very very
much in pain...we exercised for the entire hour and 1/2..and
i was busy the entire time....
