yes do not do it the best thing to do is avoid it as to many people get hacked unless you can confirm with facebook that it a true message

You have to be careful before signing in that page if that message appears. Hackers are copying the home page of some sites and when you log in there your account will be hacked. It's better to close the website and open again the website you want to sign and in to be sure.

I think I have encountered that message before. If I remember correctly I encountered that when I was opening Facebook in other devices. It could be that I opened Facebook on my mobile and on my laptop. My guess is that it automatically logs you out after a period of inactivity. Then if you try to log back in to Facebook in another device, you will get that prompt to log in again.
