Made cheesecake brownies for dessert tonight

I got a super easy recipe for cheesecake brownies, and picked up the supplies at the grocery store yesterday. I made them tonight, but my boyfriend had to leave for work and they're just sitting on my stove, all covered up. They look so YUMMY! We'll have them for breakfast tomorrow. I purchased double the supplies, but I can change the recipe, and make cherry brownies instead. Now THOSE are super yummy! What sorts of treats have you made recently? And they don't have to be sweet ones...

Wish I could share through the computer! I was going to share with the mechanics that will have my car on Monday, but I am leery to share the only pan I have to make it in! I got the recipe from allrecipes.com (NOT a referral link).

My BFF used to make chocolate cake with cherry preserve center and frosting in the middle on top. It was so rich it really cut down on seconds. Which left all the more for me. Haha I am not big on cheesecake or cheese anymore. It constipates me. Used to love New York style cheese cake. Make a mocha cheesecake one time that was to die for. Yum! I have wanted to go to that Chesse Cake Factory out at the mall since it opened. It was so busy for so long we forgot about it and haven't been. Maybe someday.

The chocolate cake with cherries sounds divine! My boyfriend and I LOVE cherries-I'm considering adding some cherries to this recipe and seeing how it goes. I've never been to the Cheesecake Factory, but since I moved, I don't think there's one near here-guess what I'll be searching for!

My most recent sweet treat was an excellent batch of banana bread. I cannot think of anything else. Oh, yeah, spinach artichoke dip is good and I made that last week. I love easy recipes that do not make much mess but pack a good punch. I have a new recipe that involves chicken in the spinach artichoke dip. I will be making that soon.

I haven't had a chance to make spinach dip yet-I don't know that I've ever tried making it with artichokes. I do love banana bread, but unfortunately, it would be just me eating it-Jim doesn't really care for it.

Paula Deen is a fantastic cook but there is no way that I could eat her recipes because they are so fattening! I was also borderline diabetic the last time I had my blood drawn; I'm trying to be more careful about what I eat. But it does sound delicious!

Well, since this is a personal favorite, I can say that this is a personal treat that benefitted nobody but me lol! I made some ramen using beef stock from my MIL's pot roast, shredded beef, hard boiled eggs, lettuce and some powdered chili. I have been craving this for long and I think its perfect for the weather.

I've never had ramen noodles before. Sounds like you treated yourself well with some comfort food.
