its getting boring

I disagree. I dont think facebook is supposed to be for knowledge gathering. Genuine interaction yes. But then genuine interaction is supposed to be with friends. And that the facebook has not taken away. It is place where friends living far away from each other get to interact and share with each other every day of their life. So how can facebook become boring. Unless you mean it is the friends who have become boring. Facebook is not an entity on its own. It is what we make it to be.

I don't find it boring because that is how I stay up to date with family and friends, oh and play farmville. Maybe it just depends on what kind of friends or interactions you have.

Maybe you need to have some new friends who post interesting things. If my friends never stop posting those boring and stupid statuses, I hide their posts, or unsubscribe to them. They only spoil my day

Facebook becomes dyer and dryer as time passes by. All you see are messages/comments that are posted without even thinking.

I agree. All my friends are either posting about how in love they are with someone else gf or bf..posting pointless pictures..posting every waking second of their lives or just ranting and raving about the stupidest things on facebook. It's to the point where I find myself deleting people everyday. There's a girl that used to be on my list going on about how she is so much in love with this boy that she just sits and cries tears of joy..she posted pictures of them in bed every chance she got..well, until his actual gf heard about it and did a little research...if it wasn't for me talking to my nephew and the very few good friends I have left, I would have deleted my page a long time ago..

hehe drama in FB is always there, they want to show everything even they said it's personal but they show to public, mean there's no personal thing anymore there
