cant sleep well

i am having trouble sleeping this past few days....its been 19th day since i got this kind of feeling...i always sleep late at night mostly around 1.30am then will wake up around 4am or 5am....and i have almost 10 hours work...why is it like that?

I'd say you should see a doctor,coz a sound sleep is very essential for a healthy mind and body a normal person should take atleast six hours of sleep in a day otherwise things like headache,lack of concentration start happening.A sleepless night also does not let the person work properly at day

well it is a good way to use the bedroom just the time of going to sleep, if we spend more than that on bedroom, the side we sleep it happens like that and also it is good to make yourself fresh with taking some deep breath and thinking good while of making yourself ready for sleep. It can help you to take more benefite or deep sleep if even you can not get enough time to sleep.

The perfect cure for those who can't sleep. I call it "Sleep My Love" because my ex boyfriend had issues sleeping. He would crash hard for a few hours then get up and stay up. SO, I made him a sleeping concoction using doTERRA therapeutic essential oils. 3 drop of doterra "On Gaurd" blend 2 drops of doterra "Serenity" blend 2 drops of doterra "Ylang Ylang" 1 drop of doterra "Frankincence" Rub the oils in order on your chest and neck. And make sure you have plenty of time to rest. It knocks you out. Lets just say, he still calls me for the oils so he can sleep even though we aren't together.

Have you tried a hot shower and a hot glass of milk? Also, try not to do anything strenuous, like exercise activities at least 2 hours before bedtime. You must be relaxed and your bedroom must be a place for sleeping and relaxing only. I know lots of people who bring their work right in the middle of their bed. I was also guilty of that for a long while. If still none of the sleep induing techniques suggested above seem to work and this condition of yours has started to greatly affect your health, I suggest consulting a specialist for proper diagnosis.

Hey, try to sleep a bit early to get more hours for sleep.Listen to soft music before sleeping .It might help.It always worked for me.

I suppose that it will help you if you have a hot bath before you go to bed. I think there might be something you are worried about. Just let it go ,take a good sleep. hope it will help you.

good day to you soulsearcher109, at my end here, i only have a 6 hours sleep daily and all of the remaining hours goes to my work. as i am doing an offline and online job. in the morning, i am working in an admin for 8 to 10 hours then in the evening, i am working as an online marketer. and because of these, my sleeping pattern is really disturb.

I have that problem here sometimes. Seems when I get real tired I cant sleep. Hope it gets better for you there soon. Sleep well.
