I believe social networking will reach a saturation point very soon or I must say it already has. Social networking the way we know it is loosing its charm and I don't think there's more to it, especially when you see the epic fall of orkut and then you see those other sites trying desperately to earn some oxygen. Till now its been good for facebook but I believe their tanks will be empty two years from now and people will start treating them like gmail. It looks like all that has to be done is done already, unless of-course something new hops on to the bandwagon. I guess it will be something that features everybody doing their stuff live on the net. (..sounds kind'a youtube though..)

Well, Mylot is evergreen.. can't argue with that.. and youtube too. So if you were a some kind of a guy like Steve Jobs what idea you might have come up with to give social networking a new definition..? And did you go through the link I posted in your discussion..

I did...and I firmly believe a promise to marry implies good intentions and therefore, it needs to be honored. What I want on social networking? Methods and means to save marriage expenses, engagement expenses, reception expenses and so on. :) Honestly think about it...how much we spend traveling towards a destination. :) And how much we waste on food, decoration blah blah...only for saying...you are looking so nice, where did you buy this saree, how much did it cost, that is a very nice necklace...how much did it cost...and match make for another person and criticize the event after leaving the premises. That is such dishonest way of socializing...hate it. lol

Whoa...!!! Two guesses I'm gonna make -First- You attended a marriage ceremony and didn't appreciate the way it went, and second- you are mad at someone. Man I could hear those cries coming out when you might have spanked the hell out of them. But yeah I agree. My cousin sister is getting married too. My dad went along to the boy's house.. well you know the traditional Indian wedding drill. It was all good but we wanted to take some time to think and confirm amongst ourselves and obviously they wanted us to make a decision right away and didn't seem happy about the delay. But in the end we didn't perform roka(what we call it in Punjabi) right away and had to host a separate ceremony and invite all those unwanted guests and practically go out of our budget just for a stupid tradition. So, I can... kind of, feel your pain you see.
