This kid is really annoying

This buidling used to be really quiet and now it is just not any more with this kid's shout everyday.
He always keeps speaking to his grandpa in the first floor like"grandpa,come up here,hurry up".and then grandpa answers like"in a minute".Then 10 seconds past and he begins to shout"grandpa,why did you not come up here yet", his grandpa gets a bit angry and said"quiet, I'll be there one minute".Then another 10 seconds, the kid starts like "grandpa, when do you come up here, you know you have to come up on time,everybody comes up here on time,it is not good you don't" and his grandpa is really pissed and don't answer back and he begins to shout"are you there,grandpa?grandapa!grandpa!"
I am quite speechless and pissed by hearing this every morning,afternoon and evening.I know I shouldn't have been mad at him.But he is like 10 years old and what he is behaving is just so 5!It is sweet if a 5-year-old kid said something like that.I didn't even do that when I was 10.

Yes, i agree it is getting very annoying to hear crap sh*t like this every morning, afternoon and evening from this kid. May be he is a mentally retarded boy that need to be taught not to shout out loudly every day in the morning, afternoon and evening for grandpa. , everyone stay in the building need quiet to remain sanity. It is time for you to rough him up a bit, and get angry with his bad behavior before he rev up everyone's nerve in the neighborhood. You have every reason to be bothered by him and getting mad.

I fully understand sometime loud noises can drive a person into insanity especially if it is continually on daily basic. When my neighbor is making such a noise daily, i personally have thought of beat the hell out of him to end it all when i am driven into temporary insanity, or at least shut him out for a day or two to maintain quietness in my building, inconsiderate people like that deserve to be finish off once and for all

Does the boy have any other brother(s) or sister(s)? I think he is lonely and he likes to have a talk. And I also believe he is quite open and easily to be friend.
We cannot expect everyone keep slient based on his age.Someone is born to talk and someone is born to be quiet.

You say you live in a building, is it like a condominium or an apartment? Maybe you can file a complaint with the landlord so they can be warned about the noise they make on ungodly hours. Of if you want, you can talk to the grandpa about disciplining his grandson on hours where most people are resting or already sleeping. You can always ask nicely. Hopefully though the grandpa have enough influence and power over the kid so the kid will actually heed him.

Hi raine!
It's a building in a community.There are many residents live in my building and everyone seems to be okay with this nosie.The worst thing is his family also quarrels a lot,they are not seemd to understand people with their low quality.And it never works when you deal with people like them.

In my old apartment, I lived in a two-family house and of all the people I could live under, I had to move in under my landlord's ex-wife and their three children. These little demons would run and jump and scream all day into the night. It would sound like someone was throwing televisions around upstairs. The day they moved, I cried with joy. I was alone to peace and quiet for months until the neighbors from hell moved in with three more children who didn't know what sit down and shut up meant. These children were worse because they were bigger and should've known better. It was almost like they were told to make noise day and night. I would be excited to see them leave for the weekend all to find out their stupid parents sent them away because they were having a party. This meant music, doors slamming, and loud drunk people all night long..I ended up moving..
