It took me a while to figure out to sync the iPad with Itunes

I have to bang my head on the wall, because it tool me while to try to figure out how to sync the iPad with iTunes on my Windows computer. While I was updating the latest iOS 6.1, I thought I can sync the mp3 on my desktop hard drive to my iPad, but I just couldn't find the sync button to click on. When I go through instruction on the webpages from google search, then I realized that I have to finish the updating process, then I can click on the "device" tab, which either iPod, or iPad, then I can select the music items to sync with the iPad. It took me almost an hour to figure it out. Gosh, how clumsy I was.

I would do something like this but take hours, then give up asking someone else.
