I heard and read that lemon fruit juice when taken with warm water could help you lose weight. Any body have tried this one and became successful in losing weight?

I did take lemon juice in warm water for a short time, not for dieting purposes but for the Vitamin C content. After a few weeks I realised that the acid was upsetting my stomach so I stopped. Try eating meat with veges one day and spaghetti/pasta the next. Avoid meat when you have the pasta and vice versa. Eat lots of fruit and veg and stay away from cakes,biscuits and deserts. That is working very well for me at the time of writing - I have lost enough weight to feel the difference.
