when I am feeling down I try several things. Listen to favorite happy music exercise, or spend time with the dogs read a book. This things don't always help so I was wondering what you do to make yourself feel better? I can add some ideas to my feel good list.

I don't know what all your interested in but here is some ideas. I like pokemon. So sometimes ill watch the old shows and play my video games. I also like spending time with friends. Sometimes its a real good thing to talk to people about what ever is bothering you. My cousin is one of my outlets I cry on her shoulder or viceversa. Most of the time we just talk and hang out and stuff like that. Going and watching funny movies helps me sometimes. Or Just getting out of the house. Seeing the scenery can calm the mind and help you feel better.

Spending time with my dog, she usually does cheer me up. It's like she knows how to make me smile, it's magical.

Whenever I feel really sad and I need to cheer myself up, I would plaay a music that I really love listening to. This almost always help me feel better. It happens usually that if this does not work (some problem that is really weighing on me) then I think only being with people i love and people who makes me happy and being with them will often help make me feel better and smile a bit.

If i can control myself from thinking of bad things, I just watch tv. Or sometimes i just stroll along the mall and spend a couple of hours and walk back home.

just keep yourself busy in doing what you like and have playlist for every situation. i have created a playlist for like every situation like breakup or failure and my best power song is Don't Give Up by Kevin Rudolf. Or i just watch anime or any light tv series. SO basically i try to keep my mind off that and get ready to start once again. wish you great and cheerful day. :)
