My headache with Skype; need help

I have Skype account and Facebook account , I linked them; now my headaches is when I open Skype, I see all Facebook friends there; and the page is full of things seen in my Facebook page; I tried to delete them but failed.

Do you have FB account, how you find this?
Do you use Skype for chat or Yahoo messenger?
Please respond and share your views and experience in these sites.[/b]

Oh dear, I can't help here Professor.. So sorry. I have Skype account but I treat it privately, I mean I only invited a few of my online friends... not all of them are worth to be invited on Skype...
Moreover, I don't have FB.
I guess the second responder is right, perhaps you can make a new Skype account.

i think there is a setting in skype to sign out for your facebook account as it linked in your skype. try to see the menu of the skype in look for the facebook to sign out.

Oh I am so sorry that you are having trouble with these technologies. Well, I do have Facebook account but I haven't logged in for more than six months now. I used to like socializing there but it came to a point that my friends there talk cheap already. So I only contact those worth it.
I use Skype most of the time. I chat with friends there but I never linked Facebook and skype. I also use Skype to teach students from different parts of the country. I use Skype to train ... Work related stuff based in the Philippines.
I use yahoo messenger for some family and friend who don't know or can't access Skype.

If you know, Skype today is a Microsoft product and if we use it for any other chats - Microsoft gets its share - and I have no intentions to allow any one to make money on me - except a few places. So I never link up anything - Instead I believe - Keep things simple for your self - if you want to yahhoo chat, use Yahoo Messenger, For MSN use MSN and for FB use FB - why complicate by creating mixes? when there is always an easier way out?

Hi Prof !! Why did you linked it . I find facebook like a source of trouble and skype as very private but you linked it , seems complicated now.. Better make another Skype account , is that possible ? I don't have one also.

Dear Professor, i just looked into your issue and this might help you. Please follow the below given instructions and see if you can do something changes here.
1. SKYPETools menu
2. TOOLSOptions
3. AdvancedAdvanced SettingsManage Other programs Access
4. If you find the facebook API, just remove
It solves your problem.
Good Luck for troubleshooting this issue.

You saw your friends trough your skype because you link your facebook account to skype and it was been synch. I do have facebook account but I don't link it any site like skype or any site that ask to link or to sign in facebook. Try to search help in facebook if you can unlink it skype.
