Writing on films or technology

I have been maintaining a couple of blogs - one on Bollywood and the other is on technology. I have found out that the Bollywood blog takes a lot out of me and isn't giving me the returns as much as I expected. It has been more than 3 years that I update the blog. But for the past 2 months, I haven't written anything there. Still the PR of that blog is 2.
I find writing on tech blog is easier and has a wide audience. Please suggest me.

It depends on your interest. If you are interested on Bollywood Filmdom continue that.Even though I am a follower of your Bollywood blog, I am not a frequent visitor of that one.I think technical blog have more bearing with all kinds of people.

I agree to your view points.Hours of effort shouldn't go fruitless.So it is better to turn into other fields. Sports is a good subject.

I would again say that sport is parallel with cinema. If we take Indian context into account, then cricket goes hand in hand with Bollywood. These two fields are extremely popular and has a large audience. There are many blogs on these topics. But then the question again is how many people apart from the Indians will be really interested in these news. I never follow NBA, which is a craze in the US. So, also they hardly follow our cricketing news (exceptions apart). So, if you say sports, it should be like the ones that are interesting to people and to hope that we get a larger audience.

You have correctly pointed that out, Anil. But I would like to add that, wherever there are Indian people, they follow Bollywood news. So, I guess, there are hits to my blog from those countries where there are primarily Indian people or those who are interested in our Hindi films. That's why I used to get hits from US too. But the chances of earning are very less.
And yes, thanks for telling me that travelling is also a good option to blog on. And don't forget health too.

I will surely suggest you to go for technology for sure. I mean in current day this stuff is surely get searched lot in different search engines. So if you have more information regarding this topic you surely can achieve good success. I am running now smart phone blog too, and in very short time it started receiving good traffic than i expected. So technology can surely attract more viewers as per me.
