Cafe Manila Vs. Handy Cafe

hello my fellow mylotters and friends just wanna ask what is the difference of cafe manila and handy cafe cause as of now i am cafe manila user but i just wanna try to use handy cafe for testing but i don't know what is good from handy cafe except the custom bandwidth that one of my ex co-worker and one of my friend mentioned about it, that you can't find and cafe manila but and cafe manila you can enable a lot of different restriction which cannot found and handy cafe... what about you my fellow mylotters and friends can you both give me hints and ideas what is the difference of each cafe server and what good and not for any cafe server that i mentioned... thanks and advance
