Create A World - Help with building Showtime Lots

I am now putting in the various lots needed for my performances. The thing is that there is a feature in the spawners that says proprieter_ftp. Do I need to use it for all - performance park, bistro, private venue or big performance. Please Help.

proprieter, I think is the host or hostess of the show. they dont really do that much but they were sorta needed in showtime lots. Its just a single NPC, usually they wear weird outfits,.Just check if you can perform in performance lots without putting a proprieter.
