Do you have or do you know someone who has lipoma?

I was diagnosed with lipoma last year. I can feel a few on my back I try not to be pre occupied about it. I can feel sometimes that some are getting bigger and some small lumps starts to appear. I am not depress about it but I want to get some ideas and opinions how can i prevent my lumps to get bigger.

I have lipomas too, but from what the doctor told me, they are just fat under the skin, that makes it look like lumps. I have had a few removed, and they were tested to see if they were cancerous, but they weren't thank goodness. I haven't done anything about the other ones that I have, as i am not really worried at all. They don't seem to be doing anything anyway, not really growing, at all. there is a history of cancer in my family, and I suppose I should be concerned but i am not, as when it is my time, it is my time, and I will just live my life to the fullest while I am still here on earth. I know I am okay, and I know you are too. Take care, and have a very good day.
