Adding Debit Card Entropay

Can anybody help me with this. I have an Entropay account linked with my debit Card. I have added funds in my Entropay account with it many times. Now my friend wants to invest in a site for which he needs VCC. I suggested him Entropay, but Entropay rejected adding the funds every time. We both are from India & use State Bank of India Master Debit Card. So can I add my Debit card (The one that is already linked to my account, not even after deleting it from my account) to his account & add funds in his account?
