Since last year I started to eat healthy foods and exercise everyday to lose weight and stay healthy. I already lost some pounds in a short period of time and if i continue this for sure I will achieve my target weight. Another thing that help me to lose weight aside from diet and exercise is green tea with honey and cinnamon which is pure natural and anti-oxidant.
