code names is a name that use to hardly identify who's that person you talking about, and my co-worker used code names here in our work,we gave code names those bosses so that they will never know that we are talking about them and they surely don't have any idea who we talking about, and those code names are base on their looks and mannerism like bat,dog or even cartoon characters.do you also use code names like what we did in office?what is your experience by using it?

Hello asliah. I am reading your the content with a smile on the face. It is interesting of you to make code names of your bosses. I don't have it for my bosses, but my students make some code names to their teachers. Behind us teachers, they use the code names, but before us they call us teachers. I think that their behaviour was just like the way when we were students. lol

Well, I think this is normal no matter where u work and a great day to talk without everyone always knowing what you are talking about. We do it where I work. We have names for certain people just based on how they are. When we are not having a good day that is usually when more are often created as well.

Sure, we used code names to talk about our idiot bosses all the time. Big Hair, Dolter and many others I cannot mention. I know its probably not good to do it and if they really new how some co-workers thought of them they would feel bad, maybe they would want to change, maybe not. There are some people who do not deserve to be in management position but don't care how they make other people feel.

Clever you! I do that , too! I call my brother in law "Bull dog' coz of his terrible temper, plus he breeds them! Even way back in high school, we make use of code names when talking about our crushes. Since we talk about them all the time, and others might hear about it, we chose to set code names all the time.

Hi asliah! Personally, I did not experience doing this thing in our office. Although there are times that I can hear other employees mentioning about some names that I do not know who they might be that is why I will ask, who is that? So that is the time that they will tell me. Have a great day!
