how many of you drink water in early morining

I know drinking water in early morning is good for health but i don't like to drink it.i dont know the actual advantages in it.if you know some advantages share with me

I'm not a huge fan of water, but sometimes I drink water, because it's healthy. It makes you the fittest, it doesn't con tain chemicals, it's going to make your skin look healthier, your blood circulation better. But I would never drink it in the early morning. I would need something that would make me filled up with energy, and something that would make me happier to start the day, so something which tasted good. Like pure orange juice, or a cup of cocoa, or a cup of hot tea with loads of lemon or sugar/sweetener.

I don't drink water early in the morning. I drink a cup of green tea or regular tea first. Then during the day I will usually drink about three glasses of water with fresh lemon squeezed inside. It is great for keeping your weight maintained or to lose weight and its of course very healthy for you. Drinking water will also quench your thirst faster then drinking juice or soda.

Water is very good for you tho i don't drink it first thing in the morning. The benefits are that it can cure your thirst better than any other drink and it has zero calories. It can clean your insides and keep you from getting urinary tract infection. Plus you can put flavor into your drink like lemon or something and make a good flavored drink with it. Water can help you lose weight or keep you from being hungry n between meals if you drink a large glass of it. I know i need to drink more water than i do i just don't drink it first thing in the morning.

You should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. It helps keep you hydrated, It helps keep your system running like it should, buy flushing out bad things.

water is an essential component of our metabolic process, it aids in the digestion of food, help regulate body temperature, keeps muscle strong, aids in the absorption of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Water helps keep our skin hydrated making it look young.

I drink nearly 4 - 5 glasses of water and i drink other liquid items also like 3 glasses of milk, 1 glass of fresh juice...etc
