had finished reformatting 5 PC but the 3 PC's keep on restarting..help!

one of my pc at home - this pc keep on restarting after reformatting, already tried to clean the memory but still not work.

i have 5 pc at home for my small business which is internet shop, i fixed on the 2 pc but the 3 did not work it is keep on restarting, i don't know if has the problem on power supply or the motherboard itself. can somebody help here to analyze the problem of the 3 PC? i already tried to clean memory card but did not work.can you tell me the other way to test power supply? these are the specifications: i bought all 5 PC as refurbished. pentium 4 3ghz 1g ram 90 hdd using windows xp for os picture shown below.

Is the comps restarting at boot up or are they restarting after windows has actually started? You might need to check see if the 3 pcs are single core or if they are dual core. If they are dual core you might need to change it to single core (in cmos) until after you have installed the OS.

the computer restarted at boot up elvis not in windows started. it keeps on restarting i dont know how to fix it. i have no idea to test if power supply is still good to use but the cpu has power.

Connect the pc internal speaker. See if there is a beep code, if there is no beep code then the MB should be good. Also you might need to manually finish Windows setup as I have had times when i tried to let it auto it kept wanting to always reboot as it tried to boot off the hard drive.

not yet working dollar, still the same problem it keep on restarting but the other one has no power.

that kind of business is good because now a days many teenagers and even adults become addicted in both social networking and playing online games in computer,i think there is something wrong with the hard disk,or in video card and memory card that's why your computer keeps on restarting.
