I'm not looking forward to going to work tomorrow. I think I only got like 4 hours tomorrow and really I don't see how they expect me to finish a lot tomorrow at work tomorrow when I'm only there for 4 hours. These people are crazy. Is all I got to say. I hope they realize what they are doing won't solve anything and it gets fixed.

I understand that. So there have been cut backs there? with you and others or just you?

Its everyone on the team and they are cutting our hours because the work isn't getting done. But I don't understand why they would do that and still expect the work to get done when they cut our hours. And why they are punishing everyone. They'll never get what they want. I'm really starting to hate this job.

I'm hoping so too. We really can't live off the hours they are giving me. Like this week alone I only got 8 hours. I don't know how much hours I have next week. But I think its crazy they cut it down that much. If they aren't going to fix it I have to look for some other job and work on my online jobs from home till I get something else.

Just go there and do anything that is fit for a 4 hour work load then let them know your sentiments by just doing that is just right for tiat time frame...

they must be looking for a miracle if they wanted you to finish everything in such a short span of time.

Yeah they must have, but well we didn't produce a miracle today. I think if we had a few more hours we would have finished and the lady didn't even want to give us a few more hours. She was like just go home. I don't know what is up with them.

That's what I'm going to have to do. I really can't finish all the work with the workload we get a day in 4 hours. They have to understand that and if they want me to stay longer I'm willing to. But I don't know, will have to see what happens.

I am so sorry that you were put in this situation. But maybe you can be able to look for another job so that you would still earn something. It may be not that easy, but it's worth a shot, right? Especially if you are expecting some bills to be paid that could no longer be sustained by a 4-hour job a day can provide.

Yeah I'm gonna have to agree. I really hate to do this again go back out and look for another job because hours got cut and for a ridiculous reason. But I kind of want to wait 2 weeks and see how things turn out. If it doesn't get better, I really will have to look for another job. We can't live off the amount of hours they are giving me.

Hi, 4 hours is indeed short especially if they expect you to finish some task in a day. I spend 8 hours a day at work, and during peak season, that 8 hours is not enough. I would have to work during break time so I could leave work on time. I leave far so I really have to leave work by 4pm.

Yeah we need at least 8 hours to get everything done or even like 10% left over.

4 hours is a lot of time to do some stuff, but that is if they will manage their expectations properly. I have followed your other discussions and seems to me they are asking for a little too much out of your team for so little time that productivity is so sacrificed that it makes me wonder if these people even know how to manage people and expectations. I am sure that you are not the only one who feels that way.

I have a feeling they don't know how to manage the people that work here either. I'm giving it two weeks and if nothing changes I'm looking for work elsewhere.

When you go to work just, do what ever work, you have to do while you are there, even thou you have 4 hours to work, what ever don't get done, will have to wait until, the next day, when you come to work, don't push your self to do something, extra unless your job is, going to pay you extra for, staying at work and completing it.

Yeah it'll have to be left for whoever works the next day. I don't know if they'll let me stay longer. I hope they will but who knows. I'm going to do what I can and if that isn't enough for them then it isn't my fault they won't give me the hours.

I won't consider working 4 hours if they expect me to finish a lot of work. I would rather look for another job that offers a longer hour- like 8 working hours everyday. 4 hours is like a part time job only.

I don't konw how to say. They might be crazy like you said. 4 hours is important.I have a part-time job, I work at a restaurant 5 hours a day. But I have a happy day. So If you can't stand these people, find another job.
