How to Lose your excess fat on your tummy?

I have been doing work-out for about a year and i noticed that some parts are seems in good shape but the fat on my tummy just loose a bit. I do ab-workout but i did'nt feel i'm loosing my excess fat on my tummy. Some of my friends told me to do more cardio than ab-workout. Would it be effective?

So , how's the fat in your tummy now ? Is it there yet ? I noticed my tummy loses some of its fat , when i lessen my rice intake in the evening . Maybe having no rice at all or any carbohydrates in the evening will most likely eliminate the fat in the tummy . But then of course , you still have to exercise .

I've heard this technique before but i was just looking for testimonial if it's true. Since you've already experience doing this and seems to be effective then i should definitely try this. So how's the experience?

@jembizz21 I now have a flatter tummy , not so protruding anymore . I am slimmer , even if i want to be flesher like before . But losing tummy fat is my goal,.
