Sleeping late and hunger

i have been sleeping late recently due to some issues at home. When it is past midnight, I will get hungry and ate before going to bed. Sometimes I eat noodles, sometimes burgers, I don't like sweet food such as biscuits. I know this is unhealthy. What is a good snack and does not taste sweet?

hello, tehpau.. when I hungry at night, most of time I will cook an instant noodle. Usually I have nothing left to eat in night, may be there are some bread, but I'm not interested to eat it at night

Hey, we are exactly the same. I don't feel like eating bread and often crave for noodles. Other than instant noodles, sometimes i even have rice. The thing is we can find food easily throughout the night. The food they sell outside always taste better. I know this sounds ridiculous. Those food are full of MSG. This is bad. We must get rid of this bad habit.

yes, sometimes food outside is taste better and best choice to eat at night, but I'm kind of lazy to eat in late night. I will not go eating out in above 9-10 pm. instead, it's not healthy if too often to do, as you said they are full of MSG

but rice may not good choice. it contains carbohydrate and I'm afraid it makes me fat

some soda biscuit,some vegetables like tomatoes or cucumbers.what about the melon seeds?...

Hi. I have the same problem as you are. My boyfriend told me to eat fruits like oranges, grapes, papaya, apples instead of eating processed food. Also, instead of drinking soda, why dont you drink some nice warm milk or hot chocolate? Mmmm. Now I'm hungry. If you're good with cooking, why dont you experiment with vegetables as your snack?
