how to change user rname

friends i want to change my user name in my lot but i dont know how to change it.i tried many times to make it but its not responding.is there any procedure or something to change it?

I do also wanted to change my username when I heared that it is not possible to change username in mylot. there is only one option that you cancel this account and make new one.
