Commonly Used Drugs in your Country

Was just a little curious to know the commonly used drugs in your country for minor ailments such as headache, fever, sore throat, body pain etc.
In India Combiflam, Disprin, Strepils, D Cold, etc are some of the common and frequently used drug.

i am from North Carolina...
we use tylenol, advil, ibuprophen, dayquil, nightquil, ect ect really high doses perscriptions thins are percacets, hydrocodne, tremadol, ect ect
it is always interesting to me to learn about diffrent tings around the world :)
