My cat

My cat is sixteen and a half years old. She seems more particular about her canned cat food lately. I don't know what to give her. She seems hungry but she only nibbles at her food. She seems healthy in every other way. I've tried to give her human food, and that she seems to like better. My concern is, is she getting enough healthy foods if I give her the same type of food that we eat every day such as tuna fish, chicken, cottage cheese, and other human foods. Even though she eats our types of food, she still leaves it over. She does not eat as much as usual. She does not appear to be sick, although she seems to drink a lot of water lately

well, show her to a doctor, I have no idea about it, but maybe sometimes it happenes like that, as we do too, sometimes we do not like to eat that much. It should have a reason and for that it is better to take her for a checkup.

I suggest you make a vets appointment so they can give your cat a check up. In the meantime continue giving her tuna fish and chicken plus make water available all the time. Vets have special diets and can give any necessary medicine. Good luck with your dear cat.

Well i dont have any cat reach that age. 6 years old most of my cat can live. Some of them not reach 6 years old. I think you very take care of your cat that why she still can live. Do you think your cat is unhealthy? I think you should get your cat to veterinar.

Try giving her an actual fish . Take her back to her roots ^^
