Life is really short!

I was shocked when my high batchmate informed me about the loss of our other batchmate because of collapse of main brain veins that cause to his sudden death. He was young, just got married and just starting to his career as high school teacher, he was very close to our batchmate because he was acting as our president, facilitate alumni events , reunions and like.. He has a healthy lifestyle, live simply and happy when he unexpectedly felt different and started to vomit,he was rushed to the hospital, and in split of seconds became comatose and suddenly died that quick. After what happened I just realized one thing, life is short..

yes he left his wife, and 2 kids ( 1 is still a baby).

He might be sick without him knowing it.we really should have a complete medical checkup at least once a year to make sure we are in good health.

yeah he could be taking for granted his healh.we should have a general checkup at least one or twice a year.

life is very short, that is very true, that's why i thank God every morning that i am still alive and healthy, pray to him to keep me and my love ones safe all day and thank him again before going to bed and sleep.
