The best type of clothes for a petite person like me

It's very difficult to buy clothes because I have a very small frame. I know there are only certain types of clothes that suit me. Please help by suggesting what clothes should I buy to enhance my figure and so that I don't look awkward wearing them.

maybe you can avoid loose-fitting clothes, a-line skirts and bootleg pants.

If you have access to shopping malls, there are many clothing brands that make clothes for petite people. Example : TopShop, Debenhams, even Marks & Spencers make clothing in smaller sizes. Due to my Asian frame, I normally go for Petite sizes than to try to make myself look good in normal size clothing.

First of all, don't discount the use of power high heels. Straight cut dress that falls on the knees would make you look taller. Then since you are petite, you have to do your best to have a slimmer body build because obesity can make you look shorter. So try to have a slender figure, use heeled footwear all the time, don't slouch.
