I am eyeing a new refrigerator which is a no frost type. It is an LG 2 door refrigerator that costs more or less17,000php here in our country. I hope you will share your feedback before I will decide if I will buy this or not. I want a refrigerator that is energy efficient because I will use the freezer quite often due to my business that is related to ice. I've got a little profit over it that's why I want my refrigerator to be cost efficient as well. My old one is an 83watts condura but it is a single door only and the freezer is so tiny. Can you recommend any other good brands as well?

I used LG 2 door refrigerator as well. It's almost 4 years, and no problem with that. Worked like a charm. It is said refrigerator with 2 doors separated for frozen and cool can conserve energy more efficient. Because when you open the refrigerator, the cool go out, and refrigerator will draw more electricity to maintain it cool. If your refrigerator have only one door, when you open it, both frozen and cool compartment will affected and the cool go out from there. With 2 doors separated, you will open only compartment you need, and the other one keep closed. And this is good. So, if could afford it, buy refrigerator with 2 door.
