hey guys, i had been to Andamans for a trip with my family and we were informed that we would be shown the beauty that lies under water. we were all very much excited about this and were looking forward to it. We took a small ferry that had a glass bottom through which we could clearly see whatever was present inside the water. The moment that ferry starting running, we could see sea orchids, water plants, star fishes, colorful fishes and so many things that left our eyes wide open. we could never believe that such a beautiful life exists inside the water also. The whole day we were only discussing about how cherishing that experience of watching the underwater world was. since we all had fear of water, so we did not do any sea walk or scuba diving, hence we took a safer way to watch the underwater world. We were informed that each year the lives of so many aquatic organisms are harmed because of human beings due to which they had restricted us not to carry any polythene bags. What r your views about this guys? have u ever seen the beautiful aquatic world? Please do share your views n experiences!

I had hoped for having a greater experience with the Ocean, but since I do not know how to swim, it is really impossible to have that closer look with those marine species. And just by seeing them through a glass would suffice for now.

Wow, sounds great, so it must have been a double treat for your eyes and mind to watch the aquatic world again. i think the aquatic world u must have seen in Hong Kong and Singapore must have been a beautiful experience like mine. It is such a beautiful world that should be seen by everyone, i was completely moved with the very sight of colorful fishes, starfishes and urchins.

Yes u r right, the deeper u go inside the water, the more u can get to see and explore aquatic world. even i was not aware about swimming so we all preferred to play it safe and watched the aquatic world through the glass bottomed boats and it looked clear through it also. But i wish if i could see them more closer but still the experience was rich memorable and enjoyable.

Yeah i felt lucky and great to see such a beautiful world that is present under water, in fact even i had hydrophobia years back that i conquered with much difficulty. since we were not aware of swimming so we preferred to watch it through the glass bottomed boats. But truly i could not imagine that the world would look so beautiful that i had once seen on discovery channel.

Hi, It was very exciting experience. I haven't seen under water life. But I have seen it on discovery channel. There are different types and shapes of aquatic animals. Different types of plants can be seen under water. It is very colorful world. We should not throw polythene bags in water because they are harmful for the life of aquatic animals.

Yes it was indeed a very delightful and cherishing experience i have ever had, I had also seen it on TV screens but never realized that it would look so enchanting and beautiful from a closer view. There were different types of aquatic animals and plants that made our aquatic tour memorable and as u said it is our sole responsibility to take care of the aquatic world.

I think our latest trip to the sea world was 2 years ago in Thailand. It's like a museum of underwater creatures and ecosystem. We learned a lot from that trip and made me realize that there really are lots of area in our oceans that we have left undiscovered as compared to the outer space.

Well i am glad to hear that u have seen the aquatic world through the museum of underwater creatures and ecosystem and i am sure u could have gauged how beautiful the world of aquatic is. In fact as u have mentioned, even i have noticed that there are many people in this world who r not aware of the aquatic world and hence research should be done extensively in this regard as well.

I hope one day, we will visit a fantastic aquatic world just like what you have see. I experience being at sea for at least 3 hours, three times a week and I have seen how beautiful underwater is but I would like to see where you've been. It must be an adventure.

Yeah sure definitely, u should give a watch to the aquatic world very closely for they are also a part and parcel of this ecosystem that desperately needs our attention and support. If u want to see the real aquatic world then there r many places around the world where u can have a good experience of it and i hope your hopes would be fulfilled one day.

Yes sir, even i felt if I have had some knowledge in sea diving then i would have for sure explored the underwater life from a more closer angle but still watching it from the glass bottomed boats was a visual trip and i would recommend everyone to have it a look whenever they r traveling to places who r proving access to aquatic world.

I am glad that you had a lovely time visiting the Andaman Islands and it sounds excellent that you had a trip on a glass bottomed boat so you could see the aquatic life. It was a safe way for you to enjoy seeing the understand world. I saw the Great Barrier Reef in Australia with my snorkeling when I was 20 years old. I loved seeing the amazing looking coral reef and the friendly fish. When I was 28 years old I did some snorkeling off the coast of Western Australia and saw a mantra ray. At 29 years old I did snorkeling in French Polynesia where I saw sting rays and black tipped sharks. In Samoa I went to a marine reserve and got swept out and had to swim back in a semi circle. I had been in awe with all the gorgeous coral there. I did snorkeling in the Seychelles in 2004 and in the Maldives in 2006. Later in 2006 I snorkeled in Belize to Shark Ray Alley. There I snorkeled with nurse sharks and sting rays. Yes, I know plastic bags are harmful around aquatic life.

Yeah it was a lovely time to explore the aquatic world and we took a safer way to do it as none of us had any knowledge about swimming and all. Besides i am also glad to hear that u have such a vast snorkeling experience and i think u have a better experience than me to watch the aquatic world so closely. i mean when u snorkel then u can experience the aquatic world properly. Besides how did u learn snorkeling?

Well yes imagine if the aquatic life looks so amazing in the videos then how intriguing it must have been for us to see it in person. Believe me, it is such a beautiful and vast world that got us moved and influenced. It was unbelievable to see small colorful fishes who were moving so elegantly inside the water.
