Often we record a sense of competition in the society. Self worship is the main trend in many. But there are many people who make place for a polite and cordial dialogue. There are many consistent people who know to come down to the level of the common people. When we meet the parents of the students, many a times we see a sense of high competition. Perhaps the children are very simple and they do not get blocked for a cordial interaction with all. But it is the stimulation of the parents which prompts the child to interact in a determinate style by being friendly or hostile with the peer group or classmates. School and Playground are a venue where the children learn to be social and dynamic. The parents play a great role in children's life and attitude towards their classmates and the society. School is a venue where the child first learns to live in harmony by cultivating the spirit of democracy. If we behave in a cohesive or the democratic way then we may build up a healthy society. Today the society is highly competitive. In order to live in harmony we need to be very mature in out interacting patterns which direct our being to be popular or adverse. If we stick our self tightly to our egoism, sooner or later we may stumble upon huge blocks and hurdles in life. Being ever watchful rewards us to find ourselves more at ease. Living together is an art and most of us must cultivate this habit

Yes you are absolutely right, we all should stay in tandem with each other so that we can spread love happiness and peace among each other. This will breed a healthy and competitive environment. Unless and until there is no respect, reverence and tolerance towards one another we can never progress to achieve our goals.
