Creating a Website/Blog

Guys i need your expertise to help me with something.
I want to create a Site. Either a proper Website or a Blog.
Basically i want to make it like a detailed explanation, review, payment proof of a few money making sites with my referral link/banners in a few places.
Im also going to make youtube videos and do the whole keyword research to be able to rank it high on search engines and everything...
But my question here in this thread is What to make, Website or Blog?
I need it to be free, because this will be like a small experiment so i dont want to invest. And easy to do because im not really knowledgable in the whole Codes HTML Java languages stuff...
And i also dont know for example if i go with blogger maybe they dont allow these type of websites where you promote a site in order to get people to sign under you.
If anyone could help me out id really appreciate it, thanks :)

Forget the website and use a blog rather there so many you will find one that will cater to your needs soon

Yeah i will start with a blog, see what happens...
Even if it doesnt work out the way i want it to, its still gonna be a valuable experience... :)

If it doesn't work so what ?? you learnt a way how not to blog. Try again and again you have nothing to lose only to gain. Iv'e messed up alot in life and repeated things over and over so have many others. Its fine to lose or fail. Whats not fine is to give up though. Seems like you have the right attitude. good stuff.
