New House Same Set of Chores

We just bought a new house but it's not ready for occupancy yet. Timeframe of construction gives us around a year from now for moving in. Our present house urgently and pressingly needs major renovation. It's an exceedingly huge house I use electric floor polishers, vacuum cleaners and other mechanical cleaning tools to really clean the house. I would say living here, which is an ancestral house from my husband's side, is kind of tiring especially when you don't have a helper. My huge house is also house to two huge dogs and no one seem to believe that they are safe working inside the house with two huge roaming around. So I take ALL the chores. We're inevitably moving to our new house next year. I wonder if it will be different this time when it comes to household chores. Hmmm...it remains to be seen, right?

I think it will be the same, but only I think it will be not as tiring as your ancestral house because I assume that it is not as huge. So lesser space to clean!

Yes it will be the same for the same person will occupy. Changes came from the person living within. It will only change if you will have the guts and the desire to change it.
