What do you think of using E-cigarette?

One day, i open up my facebook account and I've seen an ads about E-cigarette. Since i was about to quit smoking, I can consider these one. One of the benefits is that fewer health risk but i was thinking if e-cigs doesn't have any side effects.

I am not sure how these e-cigs could actually be helpful those smokers. I do think that people should stop smoking permanently if they really want to change their ways and not to depend on other things to smoke with.
