Home School Vs Traditional School

In my country Home school is not that known much yet. Though there are schools that offers home school programs, but our Department of Education is not at par in making sure that this schools provide good education or if your paying a clown school. My son is already 3 years old, an age for kids here to start going to Nursery school. But traditional schools here are not that good, some even charge more than your 3 months pay but when you check the quality of education its the same as a cheap school whose teachers are always absent or the teacher doesn't care whether 75% of the student are listening or if the student even understood what she said. I learned about the home schools here that are available but so far... I haven't seen any testimonials for this schools...
