I've not set foot near QuiBids myself, but my dad has had a bad experience with them. They took money from him when he didn't make any purchases or bids whatsoever . This has happened to others. Now here is a response I've seen to one of those complaints " I can assure you we are not a scam. We pride ourselves in our ethical business practices and are proud of the fact that we have been accredited by the BBB since September of 2010. If you purchased a bid pack then yes, we would charge your credit card (that $60). This is made very apparent on the page where one puts in their credit card. It's free to sign up, but when you put in a credit card number to make a purchase, we indeed charge. If you would like a refund, not a problem. Contact our support and we'll be happy to credit any unused bids. " ^source: http://www.ripoffreport.com/credit-card-fraud/quibids-com/quibids-com-credit-card-fraud-984ef.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/auctions/quibids/quibids-stole-money-from-my-b-db65a.htm ^^^^ That there is a straight up lie because dad did not buy any package or make any purchase whatsoever. They required his credit card at the sign up and that is the reason he gave it. Not because he was trying to buy anything.

I have seen commercials for it, but have never personally used it before.
