Oh, yes, I rememeber the times when I was little and I was staying on a carpet in my room, with my dad and he was teaching me how to use the crayons of different types, how to fill the line drawings and how to draw simple things ^ - ^. I'll be always thankful to him because of this...even if now, sometimes he's mad on me because instead of doing my homework I draw -hehe- xD. Sweet colorful memories ^^!

I was always interested in drawing back then, more doodling than anything. I don't do well for art subjects in school. The teachers didn't actually teach us how to draw or appreciate art, which is why I fail most times. As an adult, I tried portaiture (pencil) learning from books. I still do like it, but I have less time for it now. Someday, I may take it up again. I will start with pencil first before adventuring to color. And yes, kids draw well nowadays. Maybe the method of instruction has changed for the better.
