What does the stars mean?

Hey friends! I was wondering what do the stars above my name mean? I see they come in different colors and numbers in them . I hve a red star with the number nine in it. So what do you think . I know it's some kind of rank but what exacly do they mean?

I am thinking it means that you have achieved a rank in a certain discussion board. I could be wrong as I am still new here but it would kinda make sense to me.

It is called Mylot rating my friend you get rated by your friends for the best responses you give to their discussion. it can rise or drop according to the good or bad responses you give them. my lot rating tops with the number 10 before your name. which means he is a good contributer in responding to mylot. the more posistive responses we get the more score we get! keep mylotting. do good. and you will get in Top in no time

You can find the answer here http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq11.aspx The numbers are the same for each colour. Enjoy mylotting and have some really nice discussions. I like choosing the topics that really interest me.

It is a rating score. 10 is the highest. How is it rated? I have no idea.

That is the rating system on MLYLOT for taking activity. That means you are taking a good part here. For that you are rewarded with the number.
